WARRANTY
Each and every project we undertake is completed to the highest standards. With an expert team on hand & over 15 years of experience, we aim to deliver complete customer satisfaction. When this isn’t possible, due to material faults or other external factors, we have our customer satisfaction guarantee’s to ensure you’re never last dissatisfied by our products or service.
Playground Surfaces
All of the playground surfaces we provide are backed by our 8 year product guarantee. Rest assured knowing your playground safety surface meets the safety requirement “BSEN 1176” and will continue to do so for at least 8 years. This includes wet pour, rubber mulch and artificial grass surfaces.
Due to the nature of rubber mulch, utilising recycled material in it’s construction, we cannot guarantee that rubber mulch surfaces will not fade in colour over extended periods of time. Following this again, due to the materials used, in certain exceptional cases it has been known for the colour of rubber mulch to be transferred onto other surfaces that come into contact with it.
There are a number of variables that determine how long surface colours will last. Each surface has it’s own properties and as such, behaves in it’s own way to external conditions. The most notable variables to have a known effect on surfaces are; UV light, nature of use, frequency of use & environmental conditions.
Installation And Ground Works
Installation and ground works completed by IA Play Solution are covered by our 2 year guarantee against faulty workmanship and materials. Issues arising from subsidence are not covered.
All of the products we supply meet the British and European standards EN1176 for playground equipment.
